AHE TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All tickets sold to Australian Haydn Ensemble (AHE) performances are subject to the following conditions of sale and may be subject to additional requirements of the performance venues.

By completing a booking, it is understood that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

If you purchase tickets on behalf of someone else, you will be deemed to have agreed to the terms on their behalf as an agent for them.

1. The right of admission is reserved by AHE. Please advise any mobility requirements prior to the performance you plan to attend.

2. The right is reserved by AHE to vary, substitute or withdraw advertised programs, artists, venues and seating arrangements. AHE may provide preferential seating to subscribers.

3. No refunds or exchanges, except as provided in the Live Performance Australia Code of Practice. There will be alternative options offered for cancellations and exchanges if a concert is cancelled by AHE.

4. Ticket exchanges are subject to availability and will be undertaken in accordance with the current terms specified by the exchange service.

5. A booking fee of $6.95 applies per transaction for posted orders, regardless of the number of tickets or events purchased simultaneously.

6. We encourage you to share your concert experience with others - remember to tag us on Facebook and Instagram. Taking photos during the performance can be distracting to our musicians and other audience members. The most appropriate time to snap a photo (without flash) is before or after the performance, or during applause. Video or audio recording at any time is strictly prohibited, and many venues also have restrictions. Where these are in place, they are usually announced at the beginning of each performance.

7. Mobile phones and similar devices must be off or turned to silent before entry into the venue’s auditorium.

8. AHE reserves the right to record, broadcast livestream and/or simulcast any performance.

9. Patrons arriving late will be admitted at an appropriate break in the performance.

10. Patrons are responsible for their own safety and property and enter the venue at their own risk.

11. AHE is not liable to you for any claims, damages, compensation, losses or expense as a result of a performance being cancelled, postponed or changed.

12. AHE will replace lost or forgotten tickets.

13. AHE uses standard Australia Post for all postage of tickets and merchandise. Subscription tickets may take up to 2 months to be dispatched from the date of purchase. AHE does not claim any responsibility for lost or damaged items after dispatch, or tickets that arrive late.

14. AHE does not post tickets outside of Australia. Merchandise orders delivered outside of Australia may incur additional postage fees after time of purchase.

15. Tickets are only valid when purchased from AHE or an authorised agent. Tickets purchased from any unauthorised re-seller may be cancelled without notice and/or the holder may be refused admission to the event.

16. For terms and conditions of subscriptions sold by Australian Digital Concert Hall, please contact ADCH directly via https://www.australiandigitalconcerthall.com
