The last 2 years for AHE have again been ground-breaking. Following our ten-year anniversary, we have continued our journey at full speed. We made our début performance in Carnegie Hall in New York (which received rave reviews), we were once again a major attraction at the Canberra International Music Festival, and have been invited back in 2025, we presented a swathe of beautiful programs across regional New South Wales, Sydney and Canberra to high critical acclaim, including Beethoven’s Seventh & Fifth, Die Stille Nacht with soloists David Greco and Melissa Farrow, before bringing our US tour home with our Haydn’s Times of Day program. Our new Mozart recording - The Mozart Album was released on ABC Classics and much more!

We all loved working with the emerging artists of our AHE Young Artists program and delivering our second regional NSW education program Spring Academy, and, as I write, we are about to launch applications for our 2025 program along with our new Emerging Composers program. The future is bright.

I’m incredibly proud of everything that AHE has achieved and aspires to. Our musicians truly give their all in every performance, workshop, broadcast, film and recording we do. I know first-hand just how much our audiences love that positive impact on their lives. The number one reason people say they love attending our performances is “I just wanted to spend some time with beautiful music”.
